  2. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate credit risks.
  3. Monitor and analyze credit data to identify trends and potential areas of concern.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  5. Provide guidance and training to loan officers on credit risk management best practices.
  6. Conduct regular audits to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies.
  7. Communicate credit risk assessments and recommendations to senior management.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external credit rating agencies and industry experts.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations related to credit risk.
  10. Lead and manage a team of credit risk analysts to ensure timely and accurate risk assessments.
  11. Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive profitable growth for the bank.
  12. Develop and maintain a risk appetite framework for the bank's lending activities.
  13. Continuously review and improve credit risk management processes and procedures.
  14. Provide support and guidance to loan officers in underwriting complex loans.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to implement credit risk management tools and systems.
  16. Communicate with clients to address any credit risk concerns and provide solutions.
  17. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and board meetings.
  18. Ensure the bank's loan portfolios are in compliance with internal and external risk management standards.
  19. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and assess potential risks.
  20. Act as a subject matter expert on credit risk management and provide guidance to other departments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Credit Risk Management, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Credit Risk Assessment And Analysis Techniques.

  • Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Data Analysis.
