  1. Develop and implement credit risk management strategies and policies in line with regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct thorough credit risk assessments to identify potential risks and determine appropriate mitigation strategies.
  3. Monitor and analyze credit portfolios to identify trends and potential areas of concern.
  4. Collaborate with various departments, such as underwriting and collections, to ensure credit risk is properly managed throughout the credit lifecycle.
  5. Provide guidance and training to team members on credit risk management best practices.
  6. Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact credit risk management.
  7. Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders to provide updates on credit risk management activities.
  8. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with credit risk management policies and procedures.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations on credit risk to be presented to senior management and regulatory bodies.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory agencies.
  11. Identify and recommend improvements to the credit risk management program.
  12. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of credit risk management strategies.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper risk assessments are conducted for new products and initiatives.
  14. Manage and mentor junior team members to ensure their understanding and adherence to credit risk management processes.
  15. Continuously evaluate and enhance credit risk management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
