  3. Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.
  4. Review and analyze credit applications, financial statements, and other relevant information to make informed credit decisions.
  5. Collaborate with various departments, including finance, underwriting, and collections, to ensure effective risk management practices.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities.
  7. Communicate risk management strategies and findings to senior management and other stakeholders.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and auditors to ensure compliance with credit risk regulations.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members and provide guidance on credit risk management practices.
  10. Continuously review and improve credit risk processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Prepare and present reports on credit risk management to senior management and other relevant parties.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and services while ensuring appropriate risk measures are in place.
  13. Participate in the development and implementation of credit risk management systems and tools.
  14. Conduct periodic stress tests and scenario analyses to assess the resilience of the credit portfolio.
  15. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive credit information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Credit Risk Management Within The Banking Industry

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Standards Regarding Credit Risk Management
