  1. Manage day-to-day operations of construction loans: The CRE Construction Loan Administrator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction loans, including disbursements, budgeting, and communication with borrowers and contractors.
  2. Ensure compliance with regulations: This role requires a thorough understanding of commercial real estate lending regulations and the ability to ensure that all loans are in compliance.
  3. Communicate with borrowers and contractors: The CRE Construction Loan Administrator will serve as the main point of contact for borrowers and contractors, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.

Job Qualifications
