  1. Conduct thorough reviews and validation of U.S. Bank's CRA community development activities to ensure compliance with CRA regulations and guidelines.
  2. Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing CRA performance and impact in underserved communities.
  3. Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to gather necessary data and documentation for CRA validation and reporting purposes.
  4. Stay updated on CRA regulations and guidelines, as well as industry best practices related to community development and affordable housing.
  5. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of U.S. Bank's CRA programs, policies, and procedures.
  6. Analyze data and trends related to CRA activities and provide insights to support decision-making.
  7. Participate in community outreach and engagement efforts to promote U.S. Bank's CRA initiatives and build relationships with community organizations and stakeholders.
  8. Assist with the preparation of CRA reports and submissions to regulatory agencies.
  9. Conduct trainings and provide guidance to U.S. Bank employees on CRA regulations and requirements.
  10. Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure any identified issues or deficiencies are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of CRA validation activities and results.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on CRA regulations and requirements for internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and auditors.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve CRA validation processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Represent U.S. Bank at community events and meetings related to CRA and community development.
  15. Uphold U.S. Bank's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of CRA validation and community development efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Community Development Lending Or Investment Analysis
