Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Loan Officer to join our U.S. Bank Corp team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of commercial loans. You must have the ability to analyze credit data, assess creditworthiness, and structure loan terms and conditions to meet the needs of our customers. You should be a dedicated team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. If you are excited to join a successful and growing team, we encourage you to apply for this position.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field• At least 5 years of experience in commercial loan origination and underwriting• Ability to assess creditworthiness, structure loan terms, and identify areas for improvement• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and loan-origination software
