
Commercial Banking Relationship Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join the team at U.S. Bank Corp. This role requires a highly organized professional with the ability to manage a large number of accounts and provide superior client service. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field• At least 5 years of commercial banking experience• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of commercial banking accounts• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality• Knowledge of banking regulations and banking products and services
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with the bank's services.
- Monitor and analyze customer accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.
- Provide superior customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and advice regarding commercial banking products and services.
- Manage a portfolio of commercial banking accounts and provide efficient customer service.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other banking teams to develop and implement new products and services.
- Prepare detailed reports and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
