• Greet and welcome clients to U.S. Bank Corp in a friendly and professional manner
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
• Identify and understand clients' financial goals and needs in order to provide personalized financial solutions
• Stay updated on current financial products, services, and industry trends in order to effectively advise clients
• Utilize effective communication skills to educate clients on financial products, services, and benefits
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
• Proactively identify and resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct client meetings and reviews as needed to assess and address their financial needs
