Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Call Center Customer Service Representative to join the U.S. Bank Corp team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers and potential customers. You must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. The ideal candidate will also have a strong desire to help customers and a commitment to delivering quality customer service. If you think you have what it takes, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to customers and potential customers over the phone, via email, and through other communication channels.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Demonstrate a positive attitude and remain calm under pressure.
  4. Utilize customer service software and tools to respond to customer inquiries.
  5. Proactively identify customer needs and provide solutions.
  6. Maintain customer records and update customer information in the customer service database.
  7. Escalate customer issues to the appropriate personnel when needed.
  8. Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries were addressed correctly.
  9. Track customer service metrics and provide feedback to management.
  10. Adhere to U.S. Bank Corp customer service policies and procedures.
