
Call Center Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Call Center Customer Service Representative to join the U.S. Bank Corp team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers and potential customers. - Provide exceptional customer service to customers and potential customers over the phone, via email, and through other communication channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and remain calm under pressure.
- Utilize customer service software and tools to respond to customer inquiries.
- Proactively identify customer needs and provide solutions.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information in the customer service database.
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate personnel when needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries were addressed correctly.
- Track customer service metrics and provide feedback to management.
- Adhere to U.S. Bank Corp customer service policies and procedures.
