Business Process Improvement Manager

U.S. Bank Corp is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Process Improvement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build relationships that foster collaboration and lead to successful process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate must have a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a track record of leading and managing process improvement projects.The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field and at least five years of experience in optimizing processes. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies as well as a proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage process improvement projects to drive successful process improvement initiatives • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to foster collaboration • Analyze current processes and identify areas of improvement and develop solutions • Develop and implement Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies • Design process improvement initiatives that align with the organization’s mission and strategy • Monitor process performance and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement • Prepare reports and presentations on process improvement initiatives • Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss process improvement initiatives • Train and mentor team members on process improvement methodologies and tools
