- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business operations to make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Business Administration, Finance, Or Economics.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Business Operations Analysis, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills, Including The Ability To Collect, Organize, And Analyze Large Amounts Of Data To Identify Trends And Insights.
Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools, Such As Microsoft Excel, Sql, And Tableau.
Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner To Various Stakeholders.
