As a member of our Business Banking division, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and evaluating credit risks for our business clients.   1. Conduct thorough analysis of business clients' financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to assess credit worthiness.
  2. Utilize financial models and risk assessment tools to evaluate credit risks and make recommendations for loan approvals or denials.
  3. Collaborate with Relationship Managers and other team members to gather necessary information and provide timely credit decisions.
  4. Review loan applications and ensure all required documents and information are accurately and completely provided.
  5. Identify potential risks and red flags in credit applications and report findings to management.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact credit decisions.
  7. Communicate credit decisions and recommendations to Relationship Managers and other stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
  8. Participate in client meetings and provide expertise and guidance on credit-related matters.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized records of credit analyses and decisions.
  10. Continuously monitor and review the credit portfolio, identifying potential risks and recommending necessary actions to mitigate them.
  11. Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulatory requirements.
  12. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to projects and initiatives to enhance the credit analysis and decision-making process.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on credit policies, procedures, and guidelines, providing guidance and training to other team members as needed.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Credit Analysis, Preferably In A Commercial Banking Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Statements And Credit Analysis Techniques.

  • Knowledge Of Commercial Lending Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
