
B2B FinTech Principal Product Manager
At U.S. Bank Corp we are looking for a highly motivated and innovative Principal Product Manager with FinTech experience to join our team. As a leader in the banking industry, we are seeking an individual who is passionate about FinTech and has the professional qualifications to help drive our product initiatives forward. The Principal Product Manager will play a key role in driving product strategy and development for our B2B FinTech products.We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of success in product management and development, a deep understanding of the FinTech space, and the leadership qualities necessary to drive our product initiatives forward. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of direct experience in B2B FinTech product management and development, including a thorough understanding of the latest technologies and trends in the FinTech industry. Additionally, the successful candidate should have experience in creating and executing product strategies and roadmap, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps to support the growth and success of U.S. Bank Corp’s B2B FinTech products.
- Lead product development efforts for the B2B FinTech products, including defining and managing product requirements, driving user experience design, and ensuring successful product launch.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the B2B FinTech products, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to improve product performance.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, product teams, and other departments.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the FinTech industry, and make recommendations on how the company can capitalize on these trends.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure successful product development and delivery.
- Lead product team meetings, provide status updates, and report progress to senior leadership.
- Manage and motivate product team members to ensure successful product development.
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies to ensure satisfaction with U.S. Bank Corp’s B2B FinTech products.
