Job Description

At U.S. Bank Corp, we are looking for an experienced Audit Project Manager to join our team and help us maintain and strengthen our internal audit function. As an Audit Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading audit projects and ensuring that our internal audit processes are effective and efficient.The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of four years of experience in internal audit or a related field. An understanding of the principles and practices of auditing, risk management, and compliance is essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage internal audit projects from start to finish.
  2. Develop audit plans and processes based on audit objectives.
  3. Assess risks and develop preventive measures.
  4. Monitor the progress of audit projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  5. Analyze audit results and provide recommendations for corrective action.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  7. Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
  8. Monitor regulatory changes and update audit processes accordingly.
  9. Stay informed of best practices in internal audit and compliance.
  10. Mentor and support junior auditors.

Job Qualifications
