  1. Oversee and manage the balance sheet and interest rate risk of the bank.
  2. Conduct quantitative analysis and provide insights to support business strategy.
  3. Develop and implement ALM strategies and processes to optimize balance sheet management.
  4. Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to balance sheet management and interest rate risk.
  5. Collaborate with various teams, including risk management, finance, and treasury, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of ALM and quantitative finance professionals to drive results and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to ALM and quantitative finance, and make recommendations for adjustments to the bank's strategies as needed.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and auditors.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of ALM and quantitative finance operations.
  10. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the bank's overall financial goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Or Other Related Fields.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Alm And Quantitative Finance, Preferably In A Banking Or Financial Institution.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets, Risk Management, And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Data Analysis.

  • Proven Leadership Abilities And Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Concepts To Stakeholders At All Levels.
