We are currently seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our team as an Alliance Program Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing our strategic alliance programs, working closely with our partners to drive growth and create mutually beneficial relationships.   1. Develop and implement strategic alliance programs in collaboration with key stakeholders to achieve growth and profitability goals.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners to drive business opportunities and create mutually beneficial alliances.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for partner communication and manage all aspects of the alliance relationship.
  4. Identify new partnership opportunities and conduct thorough research and due diligence to evaluate potential alliances.
  5. Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  6. Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential risks and opportunities for the alliance program.
  7. Work closely with internal teams to align alliance strategies with overall business objectives.
  8. Develop and implement alliance performance metrics and regularly report on the progress and success of alliance programs.
  9. Lead regular meetings and communication channels with partners to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize alliance programs to drive growth and enhance relationships.
  11. Act as a liaison between partners and internal departments to ensure effective communication and smooth execution of alliance initiatives.
  12. Train and mentor team members on alliance best practices and provide guidance and support as needed.
  13. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to alliance partnerships.
  14. Represent U.S. Bank Corp at industry events and conferences to network and identify potential partnership opportunities.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company's values and standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In Leading And Managing Alliance Programs: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Alliance Programs In The Financial Services Industry. This Includes Experience In Developing And Executing Strategic Plans, Managing Partnerships, And Delivering Results.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Financial Services Industry: A Deep Understanding Of The Financial Services Industry, Including Market Trends, Regulatory Environment, And Competitive Landscape, Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Key Products And Services Offered By U.s. Bank Corp And Its Competitors.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: As An Alliance Program Leader, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Partners And Stakeholders. Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills Are Essential For Effectively Managing These Relationships And Driving Successful Outcomes.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills To Develop And Execute Strategic Plans For Alliance Programs. They Should Also Be Able To Anticipate And Address Potential Challenges And Roadblocks In A Proactive And Effective Manner.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field: A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role. Candidates With Additional Certifications Or Specialized Training In Alliance Management Or Project Management Will Be Highly Preferred.
