- Lead the agile transformation efforts within the organization.
- Coach and guide teams in the adoption of agile principles and practices.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Ensure teams are adhering to agile processes and principles.
- Identify and address any impediments or roadblocks that may hinder the team's progress.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and agile coaches to share best practices and continuously improve processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Act as a servant leader, supporting and empowering teams to self-organize and make decisions.
- Monitor and track team performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritization of work.
- Educate and train team members and stakeholders on agile principles and practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in agile methodologies.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes trust, openness, and respect.
- Take ownership and accountability for the success of agile projects and the overall agile transformation journey.
- Support and mentor new Scrum Masters and team members in their agile journey.
- Serve as a role model for agile values and principles within the organization.

Certified Scrum Master (Csm) Or Professional Scrum Master (Psm) Certification: U.s. Bank Corp. Requires Candidates For The Agilist (Scrum Master) Position To Hold A Valid Csm Or Psm Certification. This Certification Demonstrates A Deep Understanding Of Scrum Principles And Practices, And The Ability To Effectively Facilitate And Coach Agile Teams.
Proven Experience As A Scrum Master: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working As A Scrum Master In An Agile Environment. This Experience Should Include Leading Agile Teams, Facilitating Scrum Events, And Coaching Team Members On Agile Practices.
Strong Communication And Facilitation Skills: The Agilist (Scrum Master) Role At U.s. Bank Corp. Requires Excellent Communication And Facilitation Skills. Candidates Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Stakeholders, And Senior Management, And Facilitate Productive Discussions And Decision-Making.
Knowledge Of Agile Methodologies And Frameworks: In Addition To Scrum, Candidates Should Have A Good Understanding Of Other Agile Methodologies And Frameworks Such As Kanban, Lean, And Xp. This Knowledge Will Allow Them To Tailor Agile Practices To The Specific Needs Of U.s. Bank Corp. And Its Projects.
