- Develop and implement training programs for employees on the 1st shift to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job effectively.
- Create and maintain a training schedule for new and existing employees to ensure all necessary training is completed in a timely manner.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop customized training programs.
- Serve as a coach and mentor to employees, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on various topics such as job-specific skills, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve our programs.
- Maintain accurate records of employee training and certifications.
- Communicate with employees about new training opportunities and encourage participation.
- Lead by example and promote a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company's values and goals.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Management Role Within A Learning And Development Department
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Techniques
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Mentor Employees At All Levels
Experience With Learning Management Systems And Other Training Technologies
