- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support learning initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees and managers regarding learning programs and resources.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards related to learning operations.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or roadblocks to the success of learning initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert and resource for learning operations within the organization.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure a high level of performance and development.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in learning operations.
- Contribute to the development of overall learning strategy and vision for the organization.
- Maintain accurate records and data related to learning initiatives and their impact on the organization.
- Represent the Learning Operations team in cross-functional meetings and projects as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Learning And Development, Preferably In A Large Corporate Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Instructional Design Principles, Adult Learning Theory, And Learning Technologies.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines.
Experience In Developing And Delivering Training Programs For A Diverse Workforce, Including Both In-Person And Virtual Training Methods.
