- Maintain accurate records of training data and provide reports as needed.
- Communicate with employees and managers to promote learning opportunities and gather feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support learning initiatives.
- Assist with the development and management of the learning budget.
- Act as a resource for employees, managers, and HR regarding learning and development opportunities.
- Continuously assess and improve learning processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR team to integrate learning initiatives with overall talent development strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Learning And Development Operations, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Techniques.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Deadlines.
Proficient In Learning Management Systems And Other Learning Technology Tools.
