  1. Develop and maintain the HACCP program for the Danville Plant, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations and standards.
  2. Oversee and lead a team of food safety and quality professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the HACCP program is effectively implemented.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential food safety and quality risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and procedures related to HACCP.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure the HACCP program remains current and effective.
  6. Monitor and analyze data and metrics related to food safety and quality to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  7. Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and auditors, ensuring all necessary documentation and information is readily available.
  8. Train and educate employees at all levels on HACCP principles, procedures, and regulations.
  9. Implement and maintain proper documentation and record-keeping systems to ensure compliance with HACCP regulations.
  10. Act as a point of contact for any food safety or quality concerns raised by customers or internal stakeholders, working to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve the HACCP program to ensure it meets the highest standards of food safety and quality.
  12. Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement new food safety and quality initiatives.
  13. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, promoting our commitment to food safety and quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Haccp Principles: A Senior Supervisor Haccp Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Hazard Analysis And Critical Control Points (Haccp) Principles, Including The Seven Basic Haccp Principles And How To Apply Them In A Food Production Setting.

  • Experience In Food Safety And Quality Assurance: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Food Safety And Quality Assurance, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations, Quality Control Procedures, And Industry Best Practices.

  • Leadership And Management Skills: As A Senior Supervisor, This Role Requires Strong Leadership And Management Skills To Effectively Oversee A Team Of Haccp Supervisors And Ensure Compliance With Haccp Standards. This Includes The Ability To Train And Develop Team Members, Delegate Tasks, And Handle Any Issues That May Arise.

  • Strong Communication Skills: The Senior Supervisor Haccp Will Need To Communicate Regularly With Team Members, Other Supervisors, And Upper Management. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For Effectively Communicating Haccp Standards, Procedures, And Any Potential Issues.

  • Attention To Detail: Haccp Standards Require Strict Adherence To Procedures And Attention To Detail. The Senior Supervisor Haccp Must Have An Eye For Detail And Be Able To Identify Potential Risks Or Hazards In The Production Process. They Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Address Any Issues That May Arise.
