- Develop and implement brand strategies and product positioning to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer needs, trends, and competitors' activities to inform brand strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and marketing, to drive product development and innovation.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and packaging design, to support product launches and drive brand loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and consumer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for adjustments to brand strategy.
- Manage the budget for brand marketing activities and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer insights to inform future brand strategies and product development.
- Manage a team of brand managers and coordinators, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations and guidelines in all brand and marketing activities.
- Represent the company and its brand at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market and consumer trends to identify potential new product opportunities and make recommendations for expansion of the product portfolio.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with brand objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to drive the success of the brand.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's values and mission both internally and externally.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Brand Management, Preferably In The Food Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products From Concept To Market.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Marketing Strategies.
