
Senior HR Workday Analyst - Security
At Tyson Foods, we are looking for an experienced Senior HR Workday Analyst - Security to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be an analytical and detail-oriented professional who possesses a comprehensive understanding of HR security requirements and has the ability to effectively plan and coordinate HR security activities. We are seeking an individual with strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR security analysis, 3+ years of Workday security experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Knowledge of SOX, HRIS, and GDPR guidelines is a plus. Experience in the food industry is also a plus. Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate HR security requirements and develop appropriate plans and strategies.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as SOX, HRIS, and GDPR.
- Monitor and audit HR security practices to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Manage security access requests and ensure appropriate levels of access are granted.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure security configuration is optimized.
- Design and develop reports to identify user access issues and security incidents.
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials related to HR security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HR security issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments related to HR security.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and data.
