
Senior HR Workday Analyst
Tyson Foods is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Workday Analyst to join our Human Resources team. As a Senior HR Workday Analyst, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical and functional support, process optimization, and ongoing maintenance of the Workday system. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and analytical skills, be highly organized, and have a proven ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of the Senior HR Workday Analyst:
- Provide expert-level technical and functional support for the Workday system.
- Optimize processes and ensure ongoing maintenance of the Workday system.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex systems issues.
- Develop and maintain Workday security protocols, integrations, and advanced reporting.
- Manage projects related to Workday and HR initiatives.
- Develop customer service protocols to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Create and analyze reports and data as needed.
- Develop and recommend system improvements.
- Collaborate with other HR departments and external vendors as needed.
