  1. Manage and oversee all credit and collections operations for the company.
  2. Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure timely and accurate collection of outstanding debts.
  3. Monitor customer credit limits and make recommendations for credit increases or decreases.
  4. Conduct credit checks and review credit applications to determine creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
  5. Work closely with sales teams to evaluate credit risks and make decisions on credit approvals.
  6. Analyze and report on customer payment trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any credit-related issues and disputes.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and external credit agencies.
  9. Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of credit and collections activities.
  10. Train and mentor junior credit administrators and provide support and guidance as needed.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and changes in credit regulations and make necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures.
  12. Prepare and present regular reports on credit and collections performance to senior management.
  13. Continuously assess and improve credit and collections processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  15. Act as a key point of contact for any credit-related inquiries or escalations.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Credit Administration: A Senior Credit Administrator At Tyson Foods Must Have A Strong Background In Credit Administration, Including Evaluating Credit Risk, Setting Credit Limits, And Managing Collections.

  • Knowledge Of Credit Regulations And Compliance: This Role Requires A Thorough Understanding Of Credit Laws And Regulations, As Well As Compliance Requirements For Various Industries And Customers.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Credit Administrator, One Must Be Able To Analyze Complex Financial Data And Make Sound Credit Decisions. This Requires Strong Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Position Involves Interacting With Internal And External Stakeholders, Such As Customers, Sales Teams, And Senior Management. Strong Communication Skills Are Essential For Building Relationships And Resolving Credit-Related Issues.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: As A Senior-Level Position, The Senior Credit Administrator Must Have Previous Experience In Managing A Team And Leading Credit-Related Projects. This Includes Delegating Tasks, Setting Goals, And Providing Guidance And Support To Team Members.
