  1. Develop and maintain production capacity plans to ensure efficient and timely delivery of food products to our communities.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze production data and identify areas for improvement in our capacity planning processes.
  3. Utilize forecasting techniques to anticipate future demand and adjust production capacity accordingly.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and work closely with supply chain teams to optimize inventory management.
  5. Identify potential bottlenecks and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure uninterrupted production.
  6. Analyze production data and provide recommendations for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and best practices in capacity planning to continuously improve processes.
  8. Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and equipment needed for production.
  9. Train and mentor junior capacity planners to develop their skills and knowledge in the field.
  10. Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in production capacity planning.
  11. Utilize project management skills to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  12. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer demand and incorporate it into production capacity plans.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of production capacity plans and processes.
  14. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to production capacity and make recommendations for improvement.
  15. Uphold Tyson Foods' commitment to providing quality food products and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Capacity Planning Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Food Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Business Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present To Senior Management.

  • Proficiency In Supply Chain Planning Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Advanced Knowledge Of Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
