Senior Analyst - IAM IT Security

Tyson Foods is looking for an experienced Senior Analyst - IAM IT Security who will be responsible for the development and implementation of the company's IT security policies, standards, and processes. Our ideal candidate should possess a combination of technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as an understanding of Information Technology Security best practices. The Senior Analyst - IAM IT Security will work closely with the IT Security department to ensure that security policies and procedures are followed across all aspects of the organization.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and a minimum of five years of experience in IT security, with at least two of those years in IAM. Additionally, our Senior Analyst - IAM IT Security must possess a strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, processes, and technologies, and have experience with IAM tools such as Okta, Sailpoint, or Ping Identity. Our ideal candidate should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong sense of responsibility and accountability. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement IT security policies, standards, and processes that are consistent with Tyson Foods' overall IT security strategy.
2. Collaborate with the IT Security Department to ensure security policies and procedures are followed across the organization.
3. Monitor and analyze security systems, operations, and performance using advanced analytics and reporting tools.
4. Manage and maintain identity and access management (IAM) tools such as Okta, Sailpoint, or Ping Identity.
5. Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches in a timely manner.
6. Research and recommend security-related products and services, and assess the associated risks and benefits.
7. Provide training and guidance to internal teams on security policies and best practices.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies.
9. Maintain excellent communication and organizational skills.
10. Work independently and with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
