As the Process Safety Management Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all our employees and the community by implementing and maintaining our Process Safety Management program.   1. Develop and maintain the Process Safety Management program for Tyson Foods, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  2. Conduct audits and inspections to identify potential safety hazards and work with department leaders to implement corrective actions.
  3. Train and educate employees on safety procedures and best practices to promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance safety and efficiency.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for all safety-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  6. Monitor and analyze safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address them.
  7. Conduct incident investigations and root cause analysis to prevent future incidents and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
  8. Maintain all necessary documentation and records related to the Process Safety Management program.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations to ensure continuous improvement of the program.
  10. Communicate regularly with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and foster a positive working environment.
  11. Collaborate with external agencies and organizations to stay current on industry safety standards and regulations.
  12. Provide guidance and support to other departments to ensure compliance with the Process Safety Management program.
  13. Act as a safety champion, promoting safety as a top priority throughout the organization.
  14. Lead and facilitate safety meetings and trainings to educate employees on safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.
  15. Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure readiness in the event of a safety incident.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Safety Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Process Safety Management Within A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Osha Regulations And Guidelines Related To Process Safety Management.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Influence Employees At All Levels.

  • Experience With Implementing And Maintaining Process Safety Management Programs, Including Conducting Audits And Risk Assessments.
