- Develop and implement safety standards and procedures to ensure compliance with process safety regulations.
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a comprehensive process safety management program.
- Monitor and track safety performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and educate employees on process safety principles and procedures.
- Conduct incident investigations and root cause analysis to identify underlying safety issues and develop corrective actions.
- Review and approve process changes to ensure they comply with safety standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of process safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Communicate safety updates, initiatives, and procedures to all levels of the organization.
- Coordinate and facilitate emergency response drills to ensure preparedness in the event of an incident.
- Collaborate with external agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with process safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to process safety, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance safety performance.
- Conduct regular safety meetings with employees to address any safety concerns or issues.
- Act as a resource and advisor to management on all matters related to process safety management.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Industrial Safety, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Process Safety Management In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Osha Regulations And Process Safety Standards, Including Psm And Rmp.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Process Safety Programs And Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Educate Employees On Process Safety Protocols.
