  1. Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner to produce high-quality food products.
  2. Follow all company procedures and protocols to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
  3. Assist in the packaging, labeling, and shipping of finished products.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
  6. Adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
  7. Perform quality control checks on products and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
  8. Help with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
  9. Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
  10. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities.
