  1. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions to determine necessary repairs.
  3. Utilize technical manuals and diagrams to assist in repairs and maintenance.
  4. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
  5. Monitor equipment performance and efficiency, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding equipment issues and repairs.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repairs.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  9. Monitor inventory levels and order necessary parts and supplies.
  10. Continuously strive to improve equipment performance and identify opportunities for efficiency.
  11. Train and mentor other mechanics as needed.
  12. Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in equipment technology.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For This Position Is A High School Diploma Or Ged. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Can Read And Comprehend Technical Manuals And Instructions.

  • Previous Maintenance Experience: Prior Experience In A Maintenance Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting, Is Highly Desirable. This Shows That The Candidate Has A Strong Understanding Of Mechanical Systems And Troubleshooting Techniques.

  • Technical Skills: A Mechanic Maintenance B Must Have A Solid Understanding Of Mechanical, Electrical, And Hydraulic Systems. They Should Also Have Experience With Various Tools And Equipment Used In Maintenance And Repair Work.

  • Ability To Work Night Shifts: This Position Specifically Requires The Candidate To Work Night Shifts, Typically From 10 Pm To 6 Am. The Candidate Must Be Able To Work These Hours Consistently And Have A Flexible Schedule To Accommodate Any Changes In The Shift Timings.

  • Physical Fitness And Agility: The Job Of A Mechanic Maintenance B Can Be Physically Demanding, Requiring The Candidate To Stand, Bend, And Lift Heavy Objects For Extended Periods. Therefore, Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks Without Any Restrictions.
