Experience In Maintenance Planning: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Maintenance Planning In A Manufacturing Or Food Processing Setting. This Should Include Experience With Creating And Managing Preventive Maintenance Schedules, Coordinating Equipment Repairs, And Managing Spare Parts Inventory.
Knowledge Of Maintenance Systems And Software: A Strong Understanding Of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Cmms) Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Using Cmms Software To Track Maintenance Activities, Generate Reports, And Analyze Data To Identify Areas For Improvement.
Technical Background: The Maintenance Planner Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Mechanical, Electrical, And Hydraulic Systems Commonly Used In Food Processing Plants. This Will Help Them To Effectively Plan And Schedule Maintenance Activities, As Well As Troubleshoot Equipment Issues.
