  1. Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
  3. Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary maintenance supplies.
  4. Ensure all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
  6. Collaborate with other maintenance team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  7. Keep accurate records of maintenance work completed and report any potential issues.
  8. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding maintenance needs and updates.
  9. Participate in training programs to expand knowledge and skills related to maintenance.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in maintenance technology.
  12. Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Continuously strive to meet and exceed maintenance goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Maintenance Generalist C Is A Skilled Position That Requires A Solid Educational Foundation. A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Typically The Minimum Educational Requirement For This Role.

  • Previous Maintenance Experience: Candidates For This Position Should Have Previous Experience In Maintenance, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting. This Could Include Experience With Repairing And Troubleshooting Machinery, Performing Preventative Maintenance, And Conducting Equipment Inspections.

Candidates Should Have A Demonstrated Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals And Blueprints.
