Maintenance Generalist 2nd Shift-Full Time

1. Conduct regular inspections of facility equipment and identify any potential issues or areas that require maintenance.
2. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication of machinery.
3. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, and make necessary repairs in a timely manner.
4. Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on production.
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed, including parts used and work completed.
6. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies while performing maintenance duties.
7. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.
8. Order and maintain inventory of necessary parts and supplies for equipment maintenance.
9. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding equipment status, repairs, and maintenance needs.
10. Continuously seek to improve maintenance processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
11. Train and mentor new maintenance team members as needed.
12. Adhere to company values and maintain a positive attitude while representing Tyson Foods.
