As a Maintenance team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and functionality of our plant operations.   1. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on all machinery and equipment within the plant.
  2. Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running at peak efficiency and minimize downtime.
  3. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and machinery, and implement solutions to resolve them in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including any parts used and costs incurred.
  5. Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal impact on production.
  6. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance tasks.
  7. Keep work area clean and organized, following all sanitation and hygiene guidelines.
  8. Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement or upgrades.
  9. Train and mentor new maintenance team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  10. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding maintenance issues and updates.
  11. Order and maintain inventory of necessary tools, equipment, and parts for maintenance tasks.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in machinery and technology.
  13. Actively participate in team meetings and provide suggestions for improving maintenance processes.
  14. Continuously strive to improve efficiency and reduce costs through innovative maintenance techniques.
  15. Support the company's mission and values by promoting a positive work culture and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Ged Is Required For This Position To Ensure Basic Education And Understanding Of Technical Instructions.

  • Technical Training Or Certification: A Relevant Technical Training Or Certification In Maintenance, Such As Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing, Or Mechanical, Is Preferred To Demonstrate Knowledge And Expertise In The Field.

  • Prior Experience In Industrial Maintenance: Previous Experience In Maintenance, Preferably In An Industrial Setting, Is Required To Understand The Complex Machinery And Equipment Used In The Plant And To Effectively Troubleshoot And Repair Any Issues.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals And Blueprints: The Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals And Blueprints Is Necessary To Understand The Layout And Function Of Equipment In The Plant And To Perform Maintenance Tasks Accurately.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Communication Skills: As A Maintenance Technician, You Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Resolving Equipment Issues, As Well As Communicating Any Necessary Repairs Or Replacements To Management. Strong Problem-Solving And Communication Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
