- Load and unload food products onto trucks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move products.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Adhere to production schedules and meet daily quotas.
- Inspect and report any damaged or defective products.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking production materials as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including proper handling of food products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the loading/unloading process.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of products loaded and unloaded.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve job performance.
- Assist in other areas of the production process as needed.

- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain a high level of cleanliness in the work area.

Physical Strength And Stamina: The Job Of A Loader/Unloader Requires Individuals To Lift And Move Heavy Objects On A Regular Basis. Therefore, Candidates Should Possess A Certain Level Of Physical Strength And Stamina To Successfully Perform The Job Duties.
Experience In A Warehouse Environment: Previous Experience Working In A Warehouse Or Distribution Center Is Highly Desirable For This Position. Candidates With Experience In Material Handling, Loading And Unloading, And Operating Forklifts Will Have An Advantage.
Attention To Detail: As A Loader/Unloader, One Must Be Able To Accurately Count And Record The Number Of Items Being Loaded Or Unloaded. Attention To Detail Is Essential To Ensure That The Correct Quantity And Type Of Products Are Being Handled.
