  1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of live poultry operations, including but not limited to sorting, processing, and packaging of poultry products.
  2. Learn and follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  3. Collaborate with experienced professionals to gain knowledge and understanding of poultry production processes and procedures.
  4. Conduct quality control checks and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
  5. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to live poultry operations.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of production and inventory.
  7. Operate and maintain equipment and machinery used in live poultry operations.
  8. Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that may arise.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  11. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  12. Complete any other tasks or projects as assigned by supervisors.

  • Knowledge Of Poultry Production: Candidates Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Poultry Production, Including Chicken Breeds, Feeding And Nutrition, Disease Prevention, And Biosecurity Measures.
