- Provide interpretation services for Spanish-speaking employees at the Humboldt, TN facility.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between Spanish-speaking employees and English-speaking employees.
- Translate written documents and materials from Spanish to English and vice versa.
- Conduct training sessions for Spanish-speaking employees on company policies and procedures.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, and other events involving Spanish-speaking individuals.
- Serve as a cultural liaison between Spanish-speaking employees and the company, promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Help to create a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information and conversations.
- Continuously improve language skills and stay updated on industry-specific terminology.
- Collaborate with other interpreters and language services team members to support the overall needs of the company.

Fluency In Spanish: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Must Be Fluent In Both Written And Spoken Spanish, With A Strong Understanding Of Grammar And Vocabulary.
Interpreting Experience: Previous Experience As An Interpreter, Particularly In A Fast-Paced Environment, Is Highly Desirable. This Includes The Ability To Accurately Interpret Conversations, Meetings, And Written Documentation.
Knowledge Of Food Industry Terminology: The Ability To Understand And Interpret Industry-Specific Terminology In Both English And Spanish Is Crucial For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations And Procedures.
Cultural Sensitivity: As An Interpreter, It Is Important To Be Culturally Sensitive And Aware Of Potential Cultural Differences That May Impact Communication. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience Working With Diverse Groups Of People And Be Able To Adapt To Different Communication Styles.
