  1. Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery according to company standards and safety guidelines.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to identify root cause and implement solutions.
  3. Utilize technical knowledge and experience to perform preventive maintenance tasks and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including equipment condition, maintenance schedules, and inventory levels.
  5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
  6. Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  7. Continuously evaluate and improve maintenance processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for equipment upgrades and improvements.
  9. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in industrial maintenance.
  10. Display a positive and professional attitude while representing the company and interacting with team members and management.

Job Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Candidates Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Industrial Maintenance Principles, Including Electrical, Mechanical, And Hydraulic Systems. Experience With Troubleshooting And Repairing Manufacturing Equipment Is Also Essential.

  • Experience In A Manufacturing Setting: Previous Experience Working In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment Is Preferred. Candidates Should Be Familiar With Production Processes And Safety Protocols.

  • Ability To Work All Shifts: This Position May Require Working A Variety Of Shifts, Including Nights And Weekends. Candidates Should Be Willing And Able To Work Any Shift As Needed.

  • Attention To Detail: Industrial Maintenance Requires Attention To Detail And The Ability To Follow Complex Instructions. Candidates Should Be Able To Accurately Record Maintenance Activities And Communicate Any Issues To Management.

  • Safety Consciousness: Safety Is A Top Priority In The Industrial Maintenance Field. Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Be Committed To Maintaining A Safe Work Environment For Themselves And Their Colleagues.
