
Industrial Maintenance 2nd/3rd Shift

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to determine root cause and implement appropriate solutions.
- Proactively identify potential equipment issues and address them before they become major problems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment condition.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with production team to schedule maintenance and repairs in a way that minimizes disruption to production.
- Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Keep up-to-date with new equipment and maintenance techniques and make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management about maintenance activities and any potential issues.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team setting.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and equipment maintenance.
- Attend and actively participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Comply with all company and industry regulations and standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experience In Industrial Maintenance: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Industrial Maintenance, Preferably In A Food Processing Or Manufacturing Environment.
Knowledge Of Industrial Equipment: Candidates Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Industrial Equipment Such As Motors, Conveyors, And Packaging Machines. They Should Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Mechanical And Electrical Issues Efficiently.
Familiarity With Safety Protocols: Candidates Should Be Well-Versed In Safety Protocols And Procedures, Including Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space Entry, And Use Of Personal Protective Equipment. They Should Have A Track Record Of Following Safety Guidelines To Prevent Accidents And Injuries.
Electrical And Mechanical Skills: Candidates Should Have A Combination Of Electrical And Mechanical Skills, Including The Ability To Read And Interpret Blueprints And Schematics, Diagnose And Repair Electrical And Mechanical Issues, And Perform Preventative Maintenance On Equipment.
Flexibility And Availability For 2Nd/3Rd Shift Work: Candidates Should Be Willing And Able To Work 2Nd Or 3Rd Shift Schedules, Which May Include Weekends And Holidays. This Position May Also Require On-Call Availability For Emergency Repairs.
