Job Description

At Tyson Foods, we are seeking an experienced HR Workday Analyst to join our team and help optimize the use of our Workday system. The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical, analytical, and people-oriented skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for Workday-related inquiries and will be responsible for providing essential support to the Human Resources team. If you are looking for an opportunity to grow your knowledge, skills, and career in a collaborative and innovative environment, this is the job for you!To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR, Workday, or related field. You must also have experience working with Workday Studio, Report Writer, and Core Connectors. Additionally, you should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting and problem solving. Finally, experience in data analysis and project management will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for Workday-related inquiries
  2. Provide essential support to the Human Resources team
  3. Analyze and report on data
  4. Maintain and optimize the use of the Workday system
  5. Troubleshoot and solve any system-related issues
  6. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  7. Manage Workday Studio, Report Writer, and Core Connectors
  8. Assist with project management and data analysis
  9. Research and recommend system improvements
  10. Follow up on escalated issues and ensure resolution
  11. Stay up to date on changes and best practices in the HR and Workday landscape
