- Serve as the main point of contact for all HR matters related to 2nd shift operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are in alignment with company goals and values.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing effective and timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with management to identify and address employee development needs.
- Conduct investigations and handle employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and other relevant documentation.
- Monitor and track employee performance, providing recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Stay current on employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement training programs for employees and managers.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process for 2nd shift positions.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, acting as a liaison between employees and management.
- Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline HR processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Hr Generalist Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Food Production Environment
Knowledge Of Labor Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeoc
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Employees At All Levels
Ability To Work A 2Nd Shift Schedule, Including Weekends And Holidays, To Support The Needs Of The Production Facility.
