  1. Operate heavy machinery and equipment used in the harvesting and processing of poultry products.
  2. Ensure the efficiency and quality of the harvesting and processing process.
  3. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  4. Monitor and maintain production line equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  5. Inspect and sort products for quality control purposes.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a hygienic and safe production environment.
  7. Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects.
  8. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  9. Communicate any issues or concerns regarding equipment or production to management.
  10. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in products.
  11. Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings as required.
  12. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
  13. Be available to work flexible hours and rotating shifts as needed.
  14. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner to customers and suppliers.

  • Experience With Heavy Machinery: Candidates For A Heavy Skilled - Harvest/Processing Job At Tyson Foods Should Have Experience Operating And Maintaining Heavy Machinery, Such As Forklifts, Conveyor Belts, And Industrial Grinders.
