
FSQA Technician - FP- 3rd Shift

- Ensure compliance with all food safety and quality regulations and standards set by government agencies and company policies.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits of production processes and facilities to identify any potential food safety or quality issues.
- Monitor and document critical control points in the production process to ensure adherence to food safety protocols.
- Collaborate with production and sanitation teams to identify and resolve any issues related to food safety or quality.
- Perform microbiological and chemical testing on raw materials, finished products, and environmental samples.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all quality and food safety activities.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new quality and food safety procedures.
- Train and educate production team members on food safety and quality standards.
- Investigate and respond to customer complaints related to food safety or quality.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in food safety and quality to continually improve processes and procedures.
- Communicate any potential risks or issues to management in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture within the quality assurance team and across departments.
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency in the quality assurance department.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Experience In Food Safety And Quality Assurance: A Fsqa Technician Should Have A Strong Background In Food Safety And Quality Assurance, Including Knowledge Of Haccp Principles, Gmps, And Food Safety Regulations.
Attention To Detail: This Role Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail In Order To Effectively Monitor Production Processes And Identify Potential Food Safety Issues. The Ability To Follow Strict Protocols And Accurately Record Data Is Also Essential.
Analytical Skills: A Fsqa Technician Must Be Able To Analyze Data And Identify Trends Or Patterns That May Indicate A Potential Food Safety Issue. This Requires The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Informed Decisions Based On The Information Gathered.
Communication Skills: Clear And Effective Communication Is Crucial In This Role, As The Fsqa Technician Will Be Responsible For Relaying Important Information To Production Teams, As Well As Reporting Any Potential Food Safety Issues To Management.
Strong Work Ethic: Working In A Fast-Paced Production Environment, A Fsqa Technician Must Have A Strong Work Ethic And Be Able To Prioritize Tasks Effectively. They Should Also Be Able To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, And Be Willing To Work Extended Hours As Needed.
