FSQA Technician

1. Conduct regular inspections of production processes, facilities, and equipment to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
2. Monitor and document food safety and quality control procedures, including temperature checks, sanitation, and product testing.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any food safety or quality issues.
4. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards related to food safety and quality assurance.
5. Conduct training and education sessions for employees on food safety and quality procedures.
6. Investigate and document any product defects or quality concerns.
7. Implement corrective actions and preventative measures to ensure the highest level of food safety and quality.
8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all food safety and quality assurance activities.
9. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding food safety and quality issues.
10. Participate in audits and inspections by external regulatory agencies.
11. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance food safety and quality.
12. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing job duties.
13. Uphold the company's values and standards related to food safety and quality.
14. Collaborate with other members of the Quality Assurance team to develop and implement new procedures and processes.
15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of food safety and quality assurance programs and make recommendations for improvement.
