Tyson Foods is currently seeking a Floor Person Labor for our 1st shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks such as loading and unloading trucks, operating machinery, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. We are looking for someone who is reliable, physically fit, and able to work well in a team. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!

  1. Assist with loading and unloading trucks in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Operate machinery safely and effectively.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  4. Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks.
  5. Demonstrate reliability by consistently showing up for scheduled shifts.
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  8. Follow instructions and complete tasks accurately.
  9. Meet daily production goals and quotas.
  10. Continuously monitor and report any issues or malfunctions with equipment.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  12. Strive to continuously improve processes and increase efficiency.
  13. Ensure product quality and consistency.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Communication Skills And Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment.

  • Prior Experience In A Similar Role, Such As Production Or Warehouse Labor.

  • Basic Math Skills For Inventory Management And Record Keeping.
