  1. Operate and monitor equipment and machinery on the production floor to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
  2. Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and make adjustments as needed.
  3. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and company policies.
  4. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production targets are met.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the production process.
  6. Keep accurate records of production data and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or excesses to the appropriate department.
  9. Follow set procedures for product packaging, labeling, and storage.
  10. Continuously strive to improve efficiency and productivity on the production floor.
  11. Train and mentor new employees as needed.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
  13. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
