  1. Conduct financial analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of financial data, including but not limited to budgets, forecasts, and financial statements, to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement in our international operations.
  2. Monitor financial performance: Track and report on the financial performance of our international operations, providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
  3. Develop financial models: Utilize financial modeling techniques to support decision making and strategic planning for our international business.
  4. Collaborate with international teams: Work closely with our international teams to understand their financial needs and provide guidance on financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  5. Ensure compliance: Stay up-to-date on international financial regulations and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in all financial activities.
  6. Identify cost-saving opportunities: Analyze and identify cost-saving opportunities within our international operations, making recommendations to increase profitability and efficiency.
  7. Support business growth: Provide financial support and guidance for new business ventures and expansion into new markets.
  8. Communicate financial insights: Present financial findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, including senior management and international teams.
  9. Develop budgets and forecasts: Collaborate with international teams to develop accurate and achievable budgets and forecasts that align with company goals and objectives.
  10. Stay informed on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to international finance and apply that knowledge to the analysis and improvement of our international operations.
  11. Maintain data accuracy: Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data by performing regular audits and reconciliations.
  12. Adhere to company policies: Follow company policies and procedures related to financial management and ensure compliance at all times.
  13. Contribute to team success: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall company goals and initiatives, and actively contribute to the success of the finance team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In An International Setting

  • Strong Understanding Of International Accounting Principles And Regulations

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Financial Modeling

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Financial Information To Non-Finance Stakeholders.
