
Executive Assistant in Washington, D.C. (onsite)

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an executive assistant and the ability to work onsite in Washington, D.C. to support our team.
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments, and making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for executives, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all communication to and from the executive team, including answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings and presentations.
- Take accurate and detailed meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Conduct research and compile information as needed for projects and presentations.
- Monitor and manage executive expenses and reimbursements.
- Plan and coordinate company events, including meetings, social events, and team building activities.
- Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and other departments within the company, as well as external partners and clients.
- Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Keep track of deadlines and priorities to ensure that all tasks and assignments are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and support to the executive team.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity within the executive office.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As An Executive Assistant Or In A Similar Role
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Executives, Clients, And Team Members
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs, Such As Scheduling And Project Management Tools.
