Job Description

At Tyson Foods, we are looking for an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist. In this role, you will be an essential part of our customer service operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. You will also be responsible for providing excellent logistics support to our customers.To be successful in this role, you will need at least three years of customer service experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry. You will need to have a strong understanding of logistics processes and be highly organized and detail-oriented. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
  2. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any customer inquiries or complaints quickly and professionally.
  3. Manage customer orders and provide timely updates on orders.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  5. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  6. Analyze customer data and develop strategies to improve customer service.
  7. Prepare reports on customer service operations and metrics.
  8. Maintain updated records of customer interactions and transactions.
  9. Research and recommend logistics solutions to improve customer experience.
  10. Actively participate in process improvement initiatives.
